Painting an image of the souls journey to God

I see art and creation as an act of the soul revealing its deepest understanding, passion, and perspective, which can not always be spoken in word so it is then created by the hand and its meaning continually evolving. I can’t always explain the reason for my paintings with words/ the tongue, so my hope is that the painting will speak to you in some form.

Self taught since childhood, A gift that God has given me, and I must give it back to Him so He may use it for his Purpose. A journey to wander into the vast beauty of Gods handiwork, to ponder and study

My art is to be a journey, I may not know where the path leads but I will embrace whatever comes my way, Up the mountain, down the valley, along the sea, into the desert. I use nature as a form of language, symbolic and poetic, nature is not always easy to read or to find its deep meanings that mirror our inner lives, but I can pray that God shows me the answers. Perhaps my art is to help lift me up, perhaps my art is to help others find meaning in observing the complexities and power of nature..

And a hope to inspire others to recognize the talents and abilities that God so uniquely designed into all of us
